Abdominoplasty surgery is a treatment performed under general anesthesia in patients with sagging, stretching and excess skin. The operation aims to remove the skin and subcutaneous fatty tissue, as well as to tighten the muscles. After this operation, the structure of the abdominal cavity is restored in patients, as in youth.

In this operation, performed in hospital and under general anesthesia, the skin of the abdominal cavity is removed using an incision in the patient's groin area; fat removal, muscle tightening and skin re-suturing are provided by creating a new navel.

After surgery, the patient rests in the hospital for 1 day. It is assumed that the patient will be able to walk approximately 7-10 hours after surgery. The patient can return to public life within 1 week. During the 3-4-day postoperative period, the patient is recommended to lie in a V-shaped posture and walk with slight inclination, as well as wear a corset for one month to strengthen the abdominal area.

• Medicine provided by a doctor after surgery should be used without interruption.
• High importance should be given to the use of corsets regularly after surgery. Corsets can be removed only when taking a shower, but then put on again.
• The first 2 weeks you don't  stand and walk upright, so as not to strain the abdominal muscles.
• The first 2 weeks sleep in a slightly upright position, abdominal muscles should not be forced.
• No smoking 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after the operation.
• Refrain from heavy sports and sexual intercourse during the first month.
